Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Customers are responsible for confirming that the motor is the source of the issue prior to purchase. We do not accept returns for motors that were installed but did not resolve the problem.
The EC axial fans have been designed as drop-in replacements to existing AC axial fans, and, due to the motor being a brushless DC construction, we have a range of higher airflow versions available that can produce up to 40% more air flow compared to existing AC axial fans.
